Sustainable Building – We’ve earned a distinction in it.
A variety of factors earn a home its Built-Green designation, from site planning, use of healthy materials, to energy efficiency, durability and sustainability. We are proud to be the first Seattle builder to qualify for the Department of Energy Building America Challenge (DOE Builders Challenge). The minimum requirement to qualify is to build a home 30% more efficient that the international energy efficiency building code. By meeting this standard, we beat 99.5% of all new construction.
